The Canon imageFORCE Product Launch in Vienna, planned and executed by incentry, was a three-day international B2B event that perfectly combined innovation, brand communication, and networking. For the technology company Canon CEE, our event agency developed a tailor-made concept over seven months, creating an immersive experience that brought together business partners from across Europe and showcased Canon’s latest product innovations.

From September 16 to 18, 2025, Vienna became the center of Canon’s latest developments. Around 150 guests attended the exclusive event, which took place at several exceptional venues – from the spectacular ThirtyFive above the rooftops of Vienna to the modern Canon CEE headquarters at Euro Plaza. The event kicked off with an elegant welcome dinner at ThirtyFive, providing an inspiring atmosphere to greet guests and officially open the launch.

The second day formed the highlight of the project: the official product launch, featuring keynotes, live demos, business updates, and interactive workshops. The new imageFORCE solutions were presented for the first time, accompanied by valuable insights into Canon’s strategy, sustainability efforts, and future market opportunities. In the evening, two exclusive networking events took place – the Platinum Partner Dinner at the stylish Boxwood Restaurant, and the Service Partner Dinner at the Austria Trend Hotel Bosei.

On September 18, 2025, the focus shifted to knowledge sharing and business excellence. The Platinum Partner Meeting at the Canon CEE HQ and the Service Partner Conference at the Austria Trend Hotel Bosei featured in-depth presentations, best-practice sessions, and inspiring discussions on the successful application of the new imageFORCE products.
