Every event starts with an idea – and the path from that idea to a fully developed concept involves many steps. We use ChatGPT from OpenAI as a support tool early in this process, when it comes to structuring thoughts, exploring angles, and preparing content for the first moodboards.
In the early concept phase, it helps to be able to think through ideas quickly, ask questions, and try out different directions without losing momentum. ChatGPT supports us in structuring themes, wording, and content building blocks, so we can move faster into the visual stage of concept development.
From there, tools like Canva take over: content and structure worked out with ChatGPT become the basis for concrete moodboards that we present to our clients.
For us, ChatGPT is a support tool in the early concept phase – the creative decisions and the final concept remain, as always, in the hands of our team.
