FROM A PARTY-BOAT TO A MOUNTAIN PASTURE SNACK

A 5-day event in Salzburg and the surrounding area that can hardly be surpassed in terms of variety.

To create a special 5-day incentive event for a young, dynamic audience of our international customer and to inspire with something extraordinary with a view beyond the horizon, matching the brand and target group.

Conception

For us, it is important to find out what the customer really imagines for the event and what the mood should be on site. Therefore, we always fix a meeting to clarify everything important and to realize the customer wishes and ideas and to be able to put together a nice event package.

Among other things, the focus here was on matching the lifestyle of the brand and consider the culture of the international guests!

To give unique experiences, various Austrian highlights and special insights into the world of Red Bull.

In addition, we would like to offer our customers added value with attention to detail, an unusual welcome letter, which at the same time reflected the event program, with suitable goodies for the respective event day to increase the anticipation.

Planning

In planning, we focus on the implementation of the concept and are always in close coordination with our client and partners. In continuous exchange, everything is clarified, defined and fixed, the final schedule is created by us and thus nothing stands in the way of a successful event. A high degree of flexibility is a matter of course for us.

Implementation

The following experiences as well as culinary highlights were planned and implemented by us.

Day 1 – Welcome to the traditional beer garden

Personal welcome of the guests at the airport and welcome dinner in a traditional beer garden to get in the mood for the unique event together.

Day 2 – Modern city tour by Segway

The next day there was a modern city tour with Segways over the Mönchsberg with a wonderful view over the city, less culture but therefore more lifestyle and cool drinks in the lounge in europe’s oldest restaurant for refreshment. In the afternoon, the guests had a meeting at the headquarters and were welcomed again in Fuschl.

Day 3 – From the stadium to the party boat

Already in the changing room in the Red Bull Arena personalized jerseys were waiting for the guests, then the freestyle professional Christian Kerschdorfer thrilled the crowd with some moves. Afterwards we went with several vans on the Zwölferhorn to get a traditional “Brettljause” and as a crowning finale there was a boat party on lake Wolfgangsee in the afternoon with nice beats of a well-known DJ and matching snacks & delicious cocktails served directly by the bartender.

Day 4 – Charter flight to Spielberg for Formula 1

On Sunday we visited Hangar 7, which of course could not be missed, after that we went to the private check-in at the airport and off to Spielberg to experience the Formula 1 up close as a VIP – another highlight that they will not forget that fast. Afterwards we went to the after-party in the Fan Corner. After an exuberant celebration, we took the plane back to Salzburg for the dinner at the hotel.

Day 5 – Time for free & farewell

On the last day of the event, we gave the guests the opportunity to explore Salzburg on their own and to get one or the other souvenir. In the late afternoon we brought the group to the airport and there was a personal farewell.

The entire program was also reflected in our event layout on menu cards as well as in the Welcome Letter and so a red thread ran through the entire event period and accompanied our guests daily.
